Immergrün, Inc. puts out a newsletter every quarter. Before March 2006, it was published every two months. Each newsletter focuses on different health issues facing the Amish and Mennonite Communities today (as well as society as a whole!).

The issues try and explain the problem, its causes and how to treat it. Each newsletter describes which supplements might be beneficial and which ones are not. Preventative measures are also discussed.

Subscriptions to this newsletter are $7.00 per year (for four issues) and cover the cost of printing and postage. To subscribe, please call 1-800-333-3561 or mail your payment and subscription request to Immergrün at the address above.
